The XRT, a bold variant of Hyundai Tucson 2022 has been unveiled in America. It is designed to outlast the standard model.
While all Tucson XRT models use the same SEL trim as the Convenience package, they also have a number of visual alterations. The exclusive rear and front fascias feature rugged details and a striking matte-black finish.

Hyundai has added cladding to the rocker panels and wheel arch cladding to the Tucson XRT. A pair of black monochrome wing mirrors is included, as well as black 19-inch alloy tires. This design makes it more like an off-roader. The SUV’s aggressive exterior design is further enhanced by dark side windows surrounds, approach lighting and side steps. It also features black interior seating with a black headliner.
The XRT, which is based upon the Tucson SEL and Convenience Package features such as a hands-free smart lifting gate, touchscreen, Hyundai Digital Key, wifi charging pad, ambient lighting, auto-dimming backview mirror, soft-touch doors, leather-wrapped shift knob and shift wheel, dual temperature control and dual automatic temperature adjustment. There is also an 8-way power-adjustable driver’s seat, heated front seats, SiriusXM satellite radio, and a BlueLink Connected Care Package.
The 2022 Tucson XRT is available with the SUV’s standard 2.5-liter inline four-cylinder engine with 187 hp at 6,100 rpm and 178 lb-ft (241 Nm) of torque at 4,000 rpm. The vehicle is available with or without HTRAC AWD.
The new SUV starts at $32,625 for front-wheel drive or $34,125 for all-wheel drive. Both prices include a $1225 destination fee.
